Background

Hello, I'm the BeeKeeper.

For more than twenty-five years, I have worked helping people understand emotions, thoughts and behaviour.

Over the years, my work has taken many forms, from therapy rooms, training environments and books to television, radio and national media. I have worked with people struggling with fears, phobias, confidence, anxiety and how they see themselves and the world around them. And over time, I began to notice that the struggles’ adults carry later in life rarely begin with huge dramatic moments. More often, they begin with very small ones.

Being laughed at for being different.
Told they are too quiet.
Too loud.
Too sensitive.
Too emotional.
Too much of something.
Not enough of something else.

Tiny moments that shape how they learn to see themselves. And many of those patterns begin forming before the age of seven.

Again and again, I found myself helping clients return to those early moments and gently reframing the meanings imprinted during childhood. Helping them rediscover parts of themselves they had hidden in order to feel accepted, safe or loved.

That thought stayed with me. Because if small moments can slowly teach children not to fully be themselves, perhaps small moments can also gently remind them that being themselves is enough.

That idea eventually became the Just BEE World.

It's a gentle emotional oasis. A place built around stories, play, imagination, calm moments and kinder inner thoughts. A place that reminds children they do not need to become someone else before they can feel loved, calm, confident or connected. A reminder that just being themselves is always enough.
